#1 in my mind!! Best storage place, extremely clean, dry, no smells, no pest, no bugs. Easy accessibility, elevators. Very knowledgeable knows the right sizes room needed. I moved from various sizes without any trouble. The staff, the front receptionists, are totally awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. Made my transactions so easy. They sell moving supplies as well. Prices are worth it! 💯👍

This is my first time to this location since the front office at the White Rose location was unavailable. It is a little further away than I would like by a substantial distance and that is a concern. The staff were extremely helpful with my issues and I truly appreciated their response. But they need to upgrade their online platform to handle the day to day operations for people that do not live nearby.

We dealt with metro self storage on kenmount road and we were supposed to get 10 airmiles starting and 10 for every month after. We were supposed to get 80 in total and we have contacted their office 2 times about this matter in the past month and they never done a thing. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
